Steven Soderbergh teams with Meryl Streep and Gemma Chan for Let Them All Talk

August 19, 2019 by Gary Collinson

We’re still a couple of weeks out from the premiere of next newest film The Laundromat, but The Playlist is reporting that filmmaker Steven Soderbergh has already kicked off production on his next project, titled Let Them All Talk.

While plot details are being kept under wraps, the new film reunites Soderbergh and The Laundromat’s Meryl Streep, while Crazy Rich Asians and Captain Marvel’s Gemma Chan is also on board.

Filming on Let Them All Talk is now underway in New York, with Soderbergh said to be making use of the upcoming RED Komodo Dragon cameras, making it one of the first feature films to do so alongside David Fincher’s Mank.

Soderbergh’s Panama Papers drama The Laundromat will premiere at the Venice Film Festival on September 1st, and sees Streep starring alongside the likes of Gary Oldman, Antonio Banderas, Jeffrey Wright, Sharon Stone, Alex Pettyfer, Matthias Schoenaerts and James Cromwell.
