Rebellion have announced that their 1930’s-set co-op adventure Strange Brigade will be released on the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC on 28th August. The adventure will be released in standard, Collector’s and Deluxe editions and is available to pre-order now. Rebellion have released a new story trailer (see below) that sees our 4 heroes travel to the four corners of Egypt.
In Strange Brigade players travel back to the 30’s and set out on an epic adventure to put a stop to the plans of Seteki the Witch Queen, the 4000 year old forgotten queen of Egypt. Throughout their travels the adventurers will encounter dangerous dig sites, ancient pyramids and caves filled with mythological and supernatural enemies such as mummies and minotaurs. Fortunately, players will have access to magical powers and powerful weapons including the Brain-Busting Blunderbuss.
Strange Brigade is available to pre-order today and will include the Secret Service Weapons Pack for free. This pack includes the Wilkers & White P19 pistol, Stoudenmire 960 submachine gun and the Gehrig-Delgane S1 rifle.
Players who prefer their games digitally can pre-order the Deluxe Edition which features the game and Season Pass while those of us who prefer something more tangible can get the Collector’s Edition which includes the game, steelbook case, Secret Service Weapons Pack DLC, Airship model and the ever present artbook.
