Iceberg Interactive and developer Fancy Cat Interactive have announced that their World War II inspired 3rd person shooter, Heroes of Valor, will launch onto Steam Early Access on 12th June. After a recent and successful playtest, the Early Access phase will continue to help the developers progress work on the game by learning from players. A new trailer celebrating this news can be seen below….
This stylised WWII shooter will take players into the thick of battle across battlefields where tactics matter and there’s no such thing as friendly fire. Players will be put in the military boots of an enthusiastic soldier and take part in battles, where they will need to think fast and fight hard.
During the Early Access period, players will be able to fight across five varied maps, utilise over 4 weapons and make use of 8 skills. There are also a variety of planes, tanks and other vehicles to use. Players can personalise their soldier from almost 200 cosmetic items and make them look ready for combat.
Main features of Heroes of Valor include:
- Choose from Trooper, Heavy, Recon and Engineer classes, each with their own weapons, abilities and roles.
- Take part in infantry battles, tank battles, dogfights and more.
- Achieve set objectives.
- Stylised visuals.
- Smart bots to fight alongside or against.
- Fully customisable battles where players can select time of day, difficulty, map rotation or solo/multiplayer play.
- Unlock outfits, skins and emotes to customise your soldier.
