Ahead of its release this February, Dark Sky Films has shared a trailer for writer-director Andrew Mudge’s horror The Arborist.
Starring Lucy Walters, Hudson West, and Will Lyman, the film sees grief-stricken arborist and her son awakening dark forces when they are hired to fell the trees as the vast estate of a mysterious recluse. Watch the trailer below…
“After suffering a devastating loss, grief-stricken arborist Ellie and her resentful son Wyatt are hired by mysterious recluse Arthur Randolph to fell the trees in part of his vast, remote estate. As Wyatt starts showing signs of erratic behavior and falls prey to creature hallucinations, a past tragedy reveals itself, a haunting awakens, and Arthur discloses the real reason he chose them to clear the ‘Wound Wood’.”
The Arborist is set for release on February 6th.
