Brainstorm Media has released a trailer, poster and images for the SXSW Grand Jury Award-winner Raging Grace.
Written and directed by Paris Zarcilla, the horror stars Max Eigenmann and Jaeden Paige Boadilla as Joy, an undocumented Filipino immigrant and her young daughter Grace, as they uncover a dark secret which threatens everything Joy has worked for as she becomes the carer for a terminally ill, wealthy old man. “Joy, an undocumented Filipino immigrant who is struggling to do the best she can for her daughter when she secures the perfect job: taking care of an extremely wealthy but terminal old man. The new position pays well and guarantees a roof over their heads. But very soon, Joy and her daughter Grace start to realize everything is not as it seems. Something is festering beneath the surface, threatening all they have worked for.”
Raging Grace arrives in cinemas on December 1st, followed by a digital release on December 8th.
