Uncork’d Entertainment has released a poster and trailer for the upcoming horror The Hanged Girl.
Written and directed by JD Cohen, the film follows a group of friends as they take a break at a guesthouse, only to discover it has been built on the site where an innocent girl was accused of witchcraft centuries earlier, and whose vengeful spirit still resides there. Watch the trailer below…
The film tells of a group of friends that go on a holiday to St. Joseph’s Guesthouse, unaware that it was the site of accused witchcraft and a sacrifice of an innocent girl centuries before. They soon realize that it may be haunted by the spirit of The Hanged Girl.
Featuring in the cast of The Hanged Girl are Tal Hymans, Alex Snow, Tara Jay, and Elke Hinrichsen.
The Hanged Girl arrives on digital and DVD on September 5th.
