The Joker (Bank Robber) The Dark Knight Artisan Edition figure revealed by Hot Toys

July 22, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Hot Toys has revealed the sixth scale Artisan Edition Joker (Bank Robber Version) which is inspired by the appearance of Heath Ledger in his award-winning role as the Clown Prince of Crime in Christopher Nolan’s acclaimed 2008 DC outing, The Dark Knight; take a look here….

Heath Ledger’s Joker left a mark on cinema history from the very first moment, his menacing silence, twisted humor, and ruthless unpredictability set a new benchmark for villainy. Now, Hot Toys is excited to present the 1/6th scale The Joker (Bank Robber Version) Collectible Figure (Artisan Edition), elevated with a level of realism that brings fans even closer to the character’s on-screen presence.

This exclusive release, available in only 3,000 units across selected markets, features all the hallmarks of the 1/6th scale The Joker (Bank Robber Version) Collectible Figure but with an exceptional upgrade. His mid-length curly dirty green hair is implanted with wool material, giving the figure an even more lifelike appearance. The figure comes with two detailed head sculpts equipped with separate rolling eyeballs, including one featuring the Joker’s sinister grin, and another wearing the iconic bank robber clown mask.

His outfit is recreated in incredible detail, from the striped shirt and grey blazer to the tailored pants, socks, and brown shoes, every piece contributes to a screen-accurate appearance. Newly developed interchangeable gloved hands allow for expressive posing, whether he’s holding a weapon, pulling a grenade pin, or casually toying with a Joker card. His deadly arsenal includes a pistol, shotgun, twelve-round grenades, four smoke grenades, a pull-string smoke grenade, and a grenade rack. Accessories such as the light blue duffle bag, stacks of cash, Joker cards, and the school bus backdrop enhance the storytelling display. Rounding out the release is a bank-themed diorama style base featuring interchangeable elements like shattered glass door and broken wooden boards. The Artisan Edition will also include a specially designed The Joker metal collectible card with display case.

With premium hair implantation and heightened realism, the Artisan Edition delivers an extraordinary tribute to one of film’s most compelling villains.
