The Mafia takes over in the new World of Tanks Battle Pass Special

From 19th to 29th March, World of Tanks Commanders can do business in the manner becoming of one of the respectable families from the fine city of Lost Heaven as the Battle Pass Special: Mafia brings iconic characters, themed decals, inscriptions and more. Inspired by 2K Games’ Mafia franchise, players will be able to become part of the underworld with a range of rewards. Watch the new Battle Pass trailer below….

To be one of the Mafia, you need a bit of muscle, and there’s none finer than the Predatore, a Tier IX Italian medium tank that follows in the traditions of other Italian mediums by having an accurate auto-reloading gun and great mobility. With its excellent speed and manoeuvrability, this tanks can deliver its firepower to anywhere on the battlefield.

During the Battle Pass Special: Mafia, players will be able to recruit specialist crew members from Mafia: Definitive Edition, who know how to handle dangerous situations. These are:

  • Tommy Angelo – a former taxi driver and now a rising mob figure who earned his respect in Lost Heaven.
  • Paulie Lombardo – a sharp-tongued, wise-cracking character who is always ready to throw a punch.
  • Sam Trapani – a loyal enforcer who delivers quiet efficiency without question.
  • Frank Colletti – acts as the steady consigliere, guiding every smart move.
  • Don Ennio Salieri – a leader who knows respect is earned.

Tommy and Paulie will accompany players as they progress through the Battle Pass, whilst other crew members are available through special in-game bundles. Players will also be able to dress their tank in one of three classy 2D styles – Little Italy, Fair Play and Lost Heaven Noir.

Throughout the period of this pass, players can take part in special missions that will earn them additional rewards, such as unlock themed decals, inscriptions, 3D attachments and more. Plus, there are special themed drops for Twitch viewers.

The Battle Pass Special: Mafia is available in World of Tanks from 19th March.
