Indie developer Super AC has revealed the first trailer for their upcoming real-time stealth-tactics game Prohibeast. This trailer provides a glimpse at the game’s unique atmosphere, the tactical intensity and the richly crafted anthropomorphic world.
With Prohibeast, take a trip to the anthropomorphic 1930s Chicago, a city overflowing with crime, corruption and bootlegging of meat following a nationwide consumption ban.
Step into the shoes of the city’s best lawman Eliot Ness and take control of his team of Untouchables in the fight against the criminal empire of the gangster, Al Capone.
Players will carry out missions to suppress the illegal dealings of Al Capone through some of Chicago’s more iconic locations, including The Loop, the Mayor’s Mansion and the Lake Michigan docks. In each map, players will be able to make the best use of the environment by utilising hiding spots, using alternate routes and setting up strategic distractions.
Each member of the Untouchables has their own unique set of skills, such as tactical experts, snipers and heavy hitters, and these can be used to attempt each mission from different approaches, whether that be full on attack or by stealthy infiltration. Whichever way players decide to tackle a mission they will need to remember they are facing enemies with keen eyesight, acute hearing and a strong sense of smell.
Look out for Prohibeast coming to Steam for PC later this year. Visit their Steam page now to add it to your wishlist.
