From Cooper Raiff comes HAL & HARPER, an 8-episode series about siblings Hal (Raiff) and Harper (Lili Reinhart), whose lifelong closeness is both their comfort and their curse. When their father (Mark Ruffalo) announces he’s having a baby with his girlfriend (Betty Gilpin), the two must confront their past and the codependent bond shaping their adult lives.
