Trailer for psychological horror Bury Me When I’m Dead

July 5, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Vertical has shared a trailer, poster and images for Bury Me When I’m Dead, the supernatural horror from writer-director Seabold Krebs.

Devon Terrell stars as Henry, a man hiding his betrayal from his dying wife, who following her death, believes she has returned from beyond the grave to get revenge after he failed to fulfil her dying wish.

Joining Terrell in the cast are Charlotte Hope, Makenzie Leigh, Mike Houston, Richard Bekins and Roxanne Hart. Check out the trailer below…

Bury Me When I’m Dead follows Henry, a man whose life spirals out of control after failing to keep his wife’s dying wish. When Catherine is diagnosed with brain cancer, they travel to her childhood home, where he promises to bury her in a remote forest. Meanwhile Henry’s been keeping a secret: their friend Rebecca is pregnant with his child. After Catherine’s sudden death, Henry breaks his promise and returns her body to the city under threat from her powerful father, Gary.

The weight of Henry’s betrayal to Catherine and fear of her overbearing father, pushes him to the edge. As his life quickly begins to unravel, a series of increasingly strange and devastating events lead him to believe that Catherine’s ghost is seeking vengeance.

Bury Me When I’m Dead is set for release on July 18th in the US and on July 28th in the UK.
