Trailer for Takashi Miike-directed anime adaptation of Capcom’s Onimusha

Netflix has debuted a trailer and poster for Onimusha, prolific Japanese filmmaker Takashi Miike’s upcoming anime adaptation of Capcom’s action game series, which follows Miyamoto Musashi as he traverses a land plagued by poverty, slicing through evil; check them out here…

Set in the early Edo Period, a time when Japan was transitioning towards peace, and warfare was fading into history, an aging Miyamoto Musashi embarks on a covert mission. Armed with the mythical “Oni Gauntlet,” Musashi embarks on an epic journey to vanquish the lurking demons.
