Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr purging the heretics now on Steam

June 6, 2018 by Andrew Newton

It’s time to pick up arms and seek out the demons, the heretics and the xenos as Neocore Games announce the release of their action RPG Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr onto Steam for PC.  Enemies galore hide in the Caligari Sector hoping the Emperor’s gaze doesn’t reach them but none can hide from the Inquisitors.  The game’s launch trailer can be seen below…

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr takes players to the dangerous Caligari Sector, a region overflowing with heretics, mutants, Chaos Daemons and all manner of other creatures both mortal and otherworldly intent on bringing the Imperium of man to its knees.  The Space Marines and the Imperial Guard are normally used to eradicate large scale threats but when the mutant, demon or heretic hide amongst a loyal population then the Inquisition are called for to seek out and kill the enemy.

Players will take the role of one of three classes of Inquisitor – the Assassin, the Crusader and the Psyker; each of these has specific skills and varied customisable options that can be tweaked to complete numerous missions with varied objectives.

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is the very first RPG set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe and offers solo play, local 2 player and an online cooperative mode for up to 4 players.

“We are eternally grateful for our community for helping us develop Inquisitor – Martyr.  It was an amazing journey and we couldn’t have done it without the feedback and support of our players.” Said producer, Zoltán “Pozs” Pozsonyi.

PC gamers can download Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr now on Steam with a limited time 10% discount.  Xbox One and Playstation 4 gamers will be able to cleanse the Calgari Sector on the 5th July.
