Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr release date pushed back to June

April 20, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Those of us who were looking forward to the release of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr will be a little disappointed as Neocore Games have announced the release date has been pushed back from 11th May to 5th June.  This postponement is to ensure the best gaming experience possible and to ensure a seamless gameplay.  The trailer below provides a glimpse of some of the epic bosses awaiting those brave enough to become Inquisitors.

In Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr players are taken to the dangerous Caligari Sector, it is a region overflowing with heretics, mutants, Chaos Daemons and all manner of other beings intent on destroying the Imperium.  Of course, there are the Space Marines and the Imperial Guard that are normally used to eradicate threats but sometimes a more subtle force is needed, the Inquisition.  Players will take the role of one of three classes of Inquisitor – the Assassin, the Crusader and the Psyker; each of these has specific skills and varied customisable options that can be tweaked to complete numerous missions with varied objectives.

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is the very first RPG set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe and offers solo play, local 2 player and an online cooperative mode for up to 4 players.

The game will be available on 5th June.
