Watch Neill Blomkamp’s ADAM: The Mirror, created in Unity

October 12, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Over the past couple of months, District 9 and Elysium director Neill Blomkamp has been releasing a series of live-action shorts under his new Oats Studios banner, and now we have something a little different in ADAM: The Mirror, a follow-up to his 2016 short ADAM, created using the video game engine Unity 2017.

“Ever since I started making films I’ve dreamed of a virtual sandbox that would let me build, shoot and edit photorealistic worlds all in one place,” said Blomkamp. “Today that dream came true thanks to the power of Unity 2017. The fact that we could achieve near photorealistic visuals at half of average time of our production cycles is astounding. The future is here and I can’t wait to see what our fans think.”

You can watch ADAM: The Mirror here, along with last year’s first chapter…
