Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins congratulates Black Panther on its success

February 21, 2018 by Samuel Brace

Patty Jenkins, the director of Wonder Woman, has publicly congratulated Black Panther on its success.

It wasn’t so long ago that directors were reaching out to Jenkins and congratulating her on the success of Wonder Woman – a film that performed far better than expected. Now it’s Jenkins turn to say congrats as she has acknowledged what Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther has achieved during its massive opening weekend.

“Huge congrats #BlackPanther on the staggering weekend. So happy for your incredibly meaningful success. Wonder Woman posse can’t wait for break in schedule to see it! You’re changing the world. What a wonderful thing! Congrats to you all @theblackpanther #RyanCoogler”.
