Wynonna Earp renewed for fourth season

July 22, 2018 by Ricky Church

Just days after the premiere of its third season, SyFy has announced the renewal of its supernatural Western Wynonna Earp. The news was announced during its panel at the San Diego Comic-Con.

The series is based on IDW’s comic of the same name and follows the adventures of Wynonna Earp, the great-granddaughter of Wyatt Earp, as she battles demons and other supernatural beings and uses her unique abilities and a dysfunctional posse of allies to bring the paranormal to justice. Melanie Scrofano stars as Wynonna.

“It’s such a testament to you guys that we haven’t even premiered, barely, and we’re getting a season four. It’s just unbelievable. We genuinely would not be doing this without you. So thank you.” series creator Emily Andras said at the panel.

In Season 3, reckless and reluctant warrior hero Wynonna will lead her team of outmatched outsiders to face monsters, revenants, and their biggest fears as they fight to take down Bulshar before he destroys the Ghost River Triangle – and the world.
