Westworld season 3 will be easier to follow, says co-showrunner Jonathan Nolan

July 18, 2019 by Samuel Brace

Westworld season 3 will be easier to follow according to the show’s co-creator Jonathan Nolan.

Westworld has certainly done a great job at gripping audiences over its first two seasons, with all its twists and turns constantly keeping fans guessing. But what about those who find the show hard to follow? Well, there is some good news.

According to creator and showrunner Jonathan Nolan, season three is going for a different approach that is more straight forward in construction. Speaking to EW, Nolan revealed:

“This is season is a little less of a guessing game and more of an experience with the hosts finally getting to meet their makers… I love shows that find a groove and hang with it for 100 episodes — that was never this show. We always wanted every season to find our characters in radically different circumstances. And with a cast this talented, watching the metamorphosis of all these characters is one of the most fun parts.”
