Mark Hamill has voice cameos in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Rogue One, and Solo

June 24, 2020 by Samuel Brace

Mark Hamill has revealed that he has been in all of the Star Wars films except the prequels, thanks to hidden voice cameos.

It was recently revealed that Mark Hamill had a secret voice cameo in The Mandalorian season one as EV-9D9. Hamill has since confirmed this news and also made public that his Star Wars cameos didn’t end there.

Responding to a fan on Twitter, he revealed that he has actually done voice work for characters in The Force Awakens, Rogue One, and Solo as well: “Now that @themandalorian secret is out-might as well reveal I am vocally represented in ALL SW films except the Prequels. Thanks to @matthewood for using me in Rogue One, Solo & the Sequels, so I DO have lines in #EpVII. Hint: Look for parts played by Patrick Williams.#TrueStory.”

So, while Hamill doesn’t play Luke in all these films, his presence as an actor in the franchise is even more extensive than first thought. Going through these films and trying to identify Hamill’s voice, however, might be tricky considering his talents as a vocal performer.
