A sacrifice must be made in trailer for eco-horror Unearth

June 16, 2021 by Amie Cranswick

Signature Entertainment has released a trailer and images for the eco-horror Unearth. Written and directed by John C. Lyons and Dorota Swies, the film centres on a small town that fall prey to mother nature after an oil and gas company starts drilling in the land, disturbing and releasing a killer pathogen; take a look here…

A small town falls prey to mother nature as big business rolls in and disturbs a killer pathogen that’s laid dormant beneath the ground for centuries. As the drilling starts the health of the community starts to fail and the land begins to rot. As time moves on, tensions rise but unbeknownst to the town, the rot that has infected their land is also killing them one by one. Prepare to unearth all out edge of your seat terror, as nature wages war on the human race with truly horrifying results.

Unearth stars Adrienne Barbeau, Marc Blucas, P.J. Marshall, Allison McAtee, Rachel McKeon, Brooke Sorenson, and Monica Wyche.

Unearth is set for release on June 28th.
