Agatha Christie – Death on the Nile Limited Edition coming this September

July 17, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Microids has revealed that they will be releasing the Limited Edition of Agatha Christie – Death on the Nile on 25th September on Xbox Series X|S, Playstation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC. This limited edition will provide lots of goodies that will make any fan of the game happy.

The Limited Edition of the game will include a copy of the game (obviously), along with a 48-page artbook titled “The Art of Death on the Nile,” a stylish bookmark with a unique design to use to mark your progress in the artbook, and a digital copy of the game’s original soundtrack. It’s an ideal edition for fans of the mystery.

This modern adaptation of Agatha Christie’s classic story provides two playable characters: the legendary Hercule Poirot and a brand-new character, detective Jane Royce. Together, these two characters will be able to cross-reference statements, interrogate suspects, and piece together every single clue to uncover the truth.  Despite the new character, the game’s story remains true to the iconic story.

Agatha Christie – Death on the Nile features:

  • A fresh setting that moves the tale into the 1970s. Prepare yourselves for flares and discotheques.
  • An expanded storyline that takes the investigation beyond the confines of the original novel.
  • Go from the Nile to a variety of locations, including London, Cairo and Mallorca.
  • An enhanced mindmap system that allows players to collect the clues and piece them together.
  • Use the evidence collected to put pressure on suspects to discover what they are hiding.
  • Build detailed profiles of suspects and witnesses.

Look out for Agatha Christie – Death on the Nile arriving on 25th September on PC and consoles.
