Alien 3 Dog Alien XL Museum Masterline Series collectible statue unveiled by Prime 1 Studio

March 1, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Sideshow has shared promotional images for Prime 1 Studio’s 1:3 scale XL Dog Alien Museum Masterline Statue from David Fincher’s 1992 sci-fi horror sequel Alien 3. The collectible is available to pre-order now, check out both the standard version and the deluxe bonus version below…

Prime 1 Studio first brought this Xenomorph to life in 2017. Using the maquette from the actual film production as a reference, we crafted a highly realistic 1:3 scale Dog Alien collectible statue. Now, after eight years, we present its evolved form—an even larger XL-sized masterpiece standing at a towering 114 cm, infused with the terror of the film.

The Dog Alien’s pose, as if slinking through the Fiorina 161 facility, captures both its agility and the nerve-wracking tension of an unseen threat. Every aspect of its sculpt and paintwork surpasses its predecessor in precision. The internal structure visible beneath its translucent dome is now more intricately detailed than ever. The fangs within its maw feature a metallic-like shine through meticulous paint application, emphasizing its ferocious and visceral presence. The biomechanical body shimmers with a slick, wet gloss, while the refined color scheme of black and brown enhances shadows, heightening the creature’s lifelike presence.

The weathered base tells its own tale—the back features a diorama of a blood-soaked Dog Burster, wandering aimlessly. This gruesome scene vividly recalls the shocking moment of its birth.

Experience the terror that fills the confined space—brought to life through the exquisite sculpt and paintwork of the XL series! Add sheer terror to your Alien collection and order the Dog Alien for your sci-fi statue display today!
