Lionsgate has released a poster and trailer for the upcoming thriller Smiley Face Killers. Directed by Tim Hunter and written by Bret Easton Ellis, the film in inspired by the real life Smiley Face murder theory and follows Jake (Ronen Rubinstein), a student who believes he might be the target of a serial killer when he’s stalked by a hooded figure; check them out here…
As a strange wave of mysterious drownings of male college students plagues the California coast, Jake Graham (Ronen Rubinstein) struggles to keep his life together at school. Finding himself stalked by a hooded figure (Crispin Glover) driving an unmarked van, Jake fears he may become the next victim in the killers’ horrific spree.
