The team may still be a man down, but that’s not stopping David Ayer having some fun with pre-production of his upcoming DC Cinematic Universe movie Suicide Squad, which is set to start principle photography in April.
On his Twitter feed, Ayer showed off the tools for his team with the simple tag, “tools. #skwad”. Check out the image below:

Suicide Squad is still currently a cast member down since Tom Hardy left the project due to scheduling conflicts and promotional tours of Mad Max: Fury Road. Jake Gyllenhaal had been approached, but has since turned the project down.

Suicide Squad is set for release on August 5th 2016 and will be directed by David Ayer (Fury) with a cast that also includes Will Smith (Hancock) as Deadshot, Jai Courtney (Terminator: Genisys) as Captain Boomerang, Margot Robbie (The Wolf of Wall Street) as Harley Quinn, Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club) as The Joker and Viola Davis (How to get Away with Murder) as Amanda Waller.
