Dungeons and Duct Tape DLC adds a new challenge for The Escapists 2

May 9, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Are you a serial escapist?  Do you need more challenging prisons to escape from?  If the answer to these is yes then you will be pleased to hear that Team 17 and developer Mouldy Toof Studios have announced the release of the Dungeons and Duct Tape DLC for their sandbox escape hit The Escapists 2.  This latest DLC pack is available now for the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.  To celebrate the DLCs release Team 17 have released a new trailer introducing the new prison…

Dungeons and Duct Tape brings a whole new set of challenges with the introduction of Locke Castle, a new prison that once kept soldiers from breaching its walls for centuries.  Now, this repurposed castle with its tall thick stone walls and stagnant moat will once more attempt to keep people from breaching its walls.

The DLC features:

  • Violent inmates and heavily armoured guards.
  • New themed customisations for the inmate.
  • New jobs including lighting fire torches, carving stone blocks, playing the lute and making horseshoes in order to purchase supplies needed for breaking out.
  • New items and craftable recipes to discover.
  • New achievements waiting to be unlocked.

The Dungeons and Duct Tape DLC is available now for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC as part of the Season Pass or individually for £2.79/ $3.99/ €3.99.
