Everything Everywhere All At Once sweeps big at 2023 Oscars

March 13, 2023 by Gary Collinson

In one of the biggest sweeps in quite some time, A24 just had their Oscars’ darling moment. Everything Everywhere All At Once, by Daniel Kwan & Daniel Scheinert, won seven awards after receiving 11 total nominations.

Not only did the film take home Best Directing and Best Original Screenplay, but it landed every acting award it was nominated for, helping easily secure the Best Picture win to close out the evening. Michelle Yeoh made history, while comeback narratives like Ke Huy Quan and The Whale‘s Brendan Fraser brought all the emotions.
