Horizon Zero Dawn’s Aloy arrives in Fortnite this Friday

April 14, 2021 by Andrew Newton

From Friday 16th April Fortnite gamers will find that Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn (and the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West) will be ready to take on the Fortnite’s Primal Season. There will also be a new range of related items available in the shop.

Aloy’s skills have been honed in the hostile machine controlled post-apocalyptic world of Horizon Zero Dawn and from Friday players will be able to buy a range of Aloy inspired items from the Fortnite shop.  These new items include the Aloy Outfit which includes her Blaze Canister Back Bling, Aloy’s Spear Pickaxe, Glinthawk Glider, Shield-Weaver Wrap, the Heart-rizon Emote and Aloy the Skywatcher Loading Screen.  There’s also a bonus Ice Hunter Aloy Style available to Playstation 5 players who own the Aloy Outfit and plays Fortnite on their PlayStation 5.

Playstation gamers will also have a chance to win the Horizon Zero Dawn bundle early with the Aloy Cup.  Simply grab a bow and a partner from Wednesday 14th April and compete against others to be the top performing team.  The Aloy Cup rewards points based on where players finish and additional points are awarded for eliminations with bonus points for eliminations with bows.

Watch out for Aloy arriving in Fortnite this Friday, or if you’re feeling confident, take part in the Aloy Cup and try to win the bundle early this Wednesday.
