Journey to the Savage Planet set to arrive in January

August 20, 2019 by Andrew Newton

505 Games and Typhoon Studios have announced that their humorous sci-fi exploration and adventure game, Journey to the Savage Planet, will launch digitally on 28th January 2020 and release a physical edition on 31st January 2020 on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.  The game is available to pre-order now and to celebrate there’s a new trailer below providing a look at the alien world.

Journey to the Savage Planet is a first person adventure and exploration game that will take players on a trip to a colourful alien planet known as AR-Y 26.  As an employee of space exploration company Kindred Aerospace, players will explore this alien world, catalogue the native flora and fauna and see if the planet is suitable for humans to settle.

With little equipment players will explore wonderful environments such as the dangerous Jellywaft Islands, the murky Swamp Gully and a towering Fungal Forest, where they will meet peculiar creatures, including the Floopsnoot and Valley Pufferbird.

Journey to the Savage Planet will arrive in January 2020 on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.  The game is available to pre-order now and those who do will receive two exclusive in-game pre-order bonus items, The Martin Tweed digital bobblehead and the Kindred Aerospace “4th Best” pistol charm.
