Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen gets a first look, synopsis and voice cast

December 18, 2022 by Gary Collinson

Following 2021’s RWBY x Justice League comic book crossover, the worlds of DC and Rooster Teeth will collide once more in 2023 with the release of the new two-part animated feature Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen, and thanks to THR we have our first look at the movie above, along with the official synopsis and voice cast for the film.

Produced by Rooster Teeth Animation, Warner Bros. Animation, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, the film will see the Justice League joining forces with the heroes of Rooster Teeth’s RWBY anime series, with RWBY’s Kerry Shawcross directing. The synopsis reads as follows:

Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Cyborg, Green Lantern and Vixen are transported to the strange world of Remnant and find themselves turned into teenagers. Meanwhile, Remnant heroes Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang must combine forces with the Justice League to uncover why their planet has been mysteriously altered before a superpowered Grimm destroys everything.

Along with RWBY’s Lindsay Jones as Ruby, Kara Eberle as Weiss, Arryn Zech as Blake and Barbara Dunkelman as Yang, the film will see Natalie Alyn Lind as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince, Chandler Riggs as Superman/Clark Kent, Nat Wolff as Batman/Bruce Wayne.

Also featuring in the voice cast are Ozioma Akagha as Vixen, Jen Brown as Pyrrha, Tiana Camacho as Glynda, Aaron Dismuke as Oscar, Jason Douglas as Jacques, David Errigo Jr. as The Flash/Barry Allen and Rolf, Samantha Ireland as Nora, Miles Luna as Jaune, Shannon McCormick as Professor Ozpin, Neath Oum as Lie Ren, Tara Platt as Kali, Jeannie Tirado as Green Lantern and Tru Valentino as Cyborg.

Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen, Part One will go on sale in the spring.
