The casting news from Cannes just keeps on coming, with Content media announcing that Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica, Riddick) is set to lead the supernatural horror film Don’t Knock Twice.
Described as “in the vein of Candyman meets The Ring“, Don’t Knock Twice is based on a psychologically tarrying urban legend and will see Sackhoff as a guilt-ridden mother who must uncover the truth behind the legend of a vengeful, demonic witch in order to save her estranged daughter.
Don’t Knock Twice is being directed by Caradog James (The Machine, Little White Lies) from a script by Emmy-nominated writers Mark Huckerby and Nick Ostler (Howl).
