Labyrinthine Console Edition arrives in Early Access

September 12, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Klabater and Valko Games have announced the early access arrival of Labyrinthine Console Edition. Set for a full release on 18th September, this early access release brings the co-op horror experience to console players for the first time with cross-platform multiplayer support. The game also features in the Xbox’s Indie Selects Demo Fest 2025.

Labyrinthine Console Edition challenges up to 8 players to work in teams (there is the option to go solo) and survive the winding paths of the abandoned Happisburg Hedge Maze.

The game features two modes. In the Story Mode, players will work together to follow the trail of Joan, the mysterious fairground worker, and uncover the maze’s haunting history, and survive. For those truly courageous players, there are a number of Case Files to work through. These are a series of procedurally generated mazes that escalate in difficulty, bringing new challenges and new monsters.

Featuring:

  • Co-op for up to 8 players with cross-platform play.
  • A Story Mode with 6 chapters or Case Files to work through.
  • More than 30 different monsters, each with different terrors to discover.
  • Unlock 200+ cosmetic items to personalise your character and unlock new maze variations.

Players can pre-order the Deluxe Editions: the Vampire Deluxe Edition on PlayStation and the Werewolf Deluxe Edition on Xbox. Check your console’s online store for more details.
