Last Day of June arrives on Nintendo Switch and Facebook this Friday

March 14, 2018 by Andrew Newton

The award winning cinematic adventure developed by 505 Games and Ovosonico, Last Day of June, will be coming to the Nintendo Switch and Facebook Gameroom this Friday, 16th March.  Initially released on Steam and PS4 last August, Last Day of June has accumulated many nominations and awards and received plenty of positive feedback from the gaming community.  The trailer below shows how the game will start to tug at your heart strings…

In Last Day of June players join Carl and June as they take a trip to their most favourite relaxing spot sadly the worst happens and we are left with Carl who introduces players to June’s last day through her paintings.  By travelling back through time through June’s paintings players can solve a series of emotionally challenging puzzles and change the sequence of events that led to her fate and thereby saving her life.

If Back to the Future taught us anything it is that travelling through time can have unintentional consequences and Last Day of June is no different.  Carl and June’s story progresses at moments where life changing decisions will have to be made and depending on the choices made will determine whether players will face new dilemmas or new opportunities.
