Live-action One Piece coming to LEGO

January 24, 2025 by Andrew Newton

There’s great news for fans of Netflix and Tomorrow Studios’ live-action One Piece series as the brick geniuses at LEGO will be taking building and Straw Hat fans to the Grand Line with some exciting building kits.

Fans of both LEGO and One Piece will be able to follow Luffy’s adventure through the East Blue with sets showing iconic moments and scenes from the live-action adaptation. Although no sets have been revealed as yet, that delight is due in the coming months, it is guaranteed that we will be treated to minifigs of the crew, including the best Straw Hats, Luffy and Zoro (some anime variants of minifigs would be nice as well, please Mr Christiansen).

Even Eiichiro Oda, creator of One Piece, is excited for the upcoming sets and recently put out the following message…

“This is a truly special collaboration. For the first time, LEGO play and the exciting world of anime meet. Building the world of One Piece, as depicted in the Netflix live action adaptation, in LEGO brick form has been such an exciting challenge and I couldn’t be more excited for fans to experience the new adventures this One Piece collaboration will bring them for the first time,” said Lena Dixen, Senior Vice President for Core Businesses at the LEGO Group.

Scrape the barnacles off your LEGO boats, get in the crows nest and keep a look out for the full LEGO One Piece reveal coming soon.
