Mark Wahlberg tops the list of the world’s highest-paid actors

Transformers: The Last Knight star Mark Wahlberg has topped Forbes‘ list of the highest-paid actors in actresses in the world for the period of June 2016 and June 2017, knocking last year’s champ Dwayne Johnson down into second place.

Wahlberg earned $68 million thanks to the latest instalment in the Transformers franchise, as well as the upcoming Daddy’s Home 2, compared to Johnson’s $65 million. The Rock’s Fast & Furious co-star Vin Diesel is in third with $54.5 million, followed by Adam Sandler ($50.5 million) and Jackie Chan ($49 million).

You’ll have to go down to 15th place to find the highest-paid actress, La La Land star Emma Stone, who earned $26 million to put her ahead of Jennifer Aniston ($25.5 million), Jennifer Lawrence ($24 million), Melissa McCarthy ($18 million) and Mila Kunis ($15.5 million).
