NECA’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure line adds Old Man Raphael, Panda Khan and Tattoo & Wyrm

April 27, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

NECA has unveiled three new additions to its Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure series with Old Man Raphael from Eastman & Laird’s TMNT Mirage comics, comic book character Panda Khan, and a Tattoo and Wyrm 2-pack from the classic 1980s animated series; check them out here…

As seen in the short story “Puma Blues” in Eastman & Laird’s original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics from Mirage Studios! This 7-inch scale Old Man Raphel action figure from NECA features a soft goods cape, removable hat, and all-new weapons. Comes in collector-friendly packaging with artwork by Kevin Eastman.

From NECA in partnership with Gaelstone Media, the highly requested Ultimate Panda Khan action figure is finally ready to join your TMNT collection! This Samurai Panda from a strange land finds himself out of place in the big city trying to get back home. Designed in a Saturday morning cartoon style, this 7-inch scale figure includes extra hands, morning qi, backpack, claws, bamboo hat, and interchangeable heads. (The tops of the heads are also interchangeable and removable for the hat.) Comes in collector-friendly packaging.

Based on the classic 1980s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series! As seen (briefly) on TV, it’s Tattoo and Wyrm as 7-inch scale action figures from NECA! Wyrm features interchangeable eyes and clip-on worm tongue, and Tattoo includes a hamster accessory. (It turns out he was a hamster all along for some reason.) Comes in collector-friendly packaging.
