Nexon has revealed that the highly anticipated Explorer Bowman class Pathfinder will be arriving on MMORPG MapleStory on 26th June. There will be a pre-creation period starting on the 12th, allowing players to choose their Pathfinder’s features, including gender, hair colour etc.
As well as the Pathfinder, players will be able to participate in a number of new Adventure Island events, including Adventure Bingo, Maplerunner, Reverse Battle and more, allowing them to work on their Adventurer Tier and collect Adventure Coins.
There will be changes to gameplay systems included with the update such as an improvement to refining tutorial and job advancement quests, an improvement to the rewards for low level theme dungeons, an increase in meso drops in Reboot worlds and a lowering of the quest requirements for 5th Job advancement. Plus, the update will bring skill revamps for multiple jobs that will improve their abilities and increase consistency across the various jobs.
A new theme dungeon called Secret Forest of Elodin will also be available for players to explore providing they are level 30 to 59.
Finally, players who visit the Return to Adventure event up to 10th June can earn the Adventure Microsite Gift Box by clicking on the “Get Gifts Now” button.
