PC release date announced for Death Stranding

Kojima Productions and 505 Games have announced that the PC edition of Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding will launch on the Epic games Store, Steam and in retail on the 2nd June.  The release will include new features that will provide an enhanced gaming experience for PC gamers.  A new trailer announcing the release date can be seen below….

The PC edition of Death Stranding will include photo mode, high frame rate and ultra-wide monitor support, all of which will provide an enhanced experience as players venture through this legendary game.  It has also been revealed that the PC version of the game will feature content from one of Valve’s most iconic franchises, Half-Life.

In Death Stranding players take the role of Sam Bridges (played by Norman Reedus) who must travel across a ravaged wasteland to save mankind from a series of supernatural events that threaten mankind.

As well as starring Norman Reedus, Death Stranding also features the acting and voice talents of Mads Mikkelsen and Léa Seydoux.

Pre-orders for Death Stranding on PC are now available.  All those who pre-order will receive unique content including HD wallpapers and gold and additional cosmetic items, including Chiral gold and omnireflector SAM sunglasses, Chiral gold and omnireflector cap, Gold and silver speed skeleton and Gold and silver armour plate.
