Physical edition of Ghost Giant arrives in retail stores this May

April 11, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Zoink and Perp Games have announced that their upcoming puzzle adventure Ghost Giant will be arriving in North American retailers for the Playstation VR on 7th May.  This heartfelt puzzle adventure will tell the story of a boy and his ghostly giant friend.

Ghost Giant will take players to the open VR world of Sancourt and place them in the big shoes of the titular Ghost Giant. As the giant, players will need to build up Louis’ trust and guide him through past a variety of obstacles, aid him in discovering hidden secrets and helping plenty of citizens along the way.

There’s plenty of locations to explore, including Louis’ sunflower farm, the harbour and the local junkyard and the giant will be able to peek into windows and open doors.

The physical edition will feature:

  • The ability to peek into, rotate and open individual houses to reveal the stories going on inside by using the PlayStation Move Motion controllers.
  • Players can interact with items throughout the world, pulling plants, lifting vehicles and fully immerse themselves in a tactile experience.
  • Vibrant Sancourt setting – Players can explore the harbor, nooks and crannies of the town, Louis’ sunflower farm and the local junkyard to solve puzzles.
  • A heartfelt and compelling story created in collaboration with Swedish writer Sara B Elfgren, well-known for the Engelsfors Trilogy.
  • Although Louis is the only character that can see the Ghost Giant, players can also interact with other residents, leaning in to listen to their conversations, plucking hats off a passerby’s head, or interacting with the nearby environment to generate a response.

The North American physical edition of Ghost Giant will release on 7th May for $29.99.
