Rage 2 gets a launch trailer ahead of next week’s release

May 9, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Bethesda has unveiled the launch trailer for the hugely anticipated Rage 2 ahead of the game’s release on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC next week.  Those of you who are looking forward to following the adventures of Walker will be able to get their hands on the game on 14th May.  Enjoy the trailer below and leave a comment to let us know what you make of it…

Taking the role of Walker, the last Ranger of the wasteland, players will cause chaos for the plans of The Authority and its army of mutant soldiers as he seeks justice against those who robbed him of his home and left him for dead.  Players will use deadly vehicles such as monster trucks and gyrocopters and powerful weapons to tear through savage gangs, and use new Nanotrite abilities such as a devastating ground pound attack called Slam, a lethal kinetic blast called Shatter and Barrier which will instantly block any incoming fire and kill enemies who come into contact with it. These lethal abilities can also be combined with others to cause even more chaos on the battlefield.

A vast and varied landscape from jungles and swamps to sun scorched deserts wait to be explored and numerous ferocious factions filled with madmen, mutants and monsters will attempt to stop you on your journey.

Rage 2 arrives on Xbox One, PS4 and PC on 14th May. Join us on Twitter and chat gaming @FMyth_Gaming.
