The Walking Dead and Darth Vader top the bestselling comic books and graphic novels of January 2016

Diamond Comic Distributors has released details of the bestselling comic book and graphic novel titles for January 2016.

Topping the comic book chart was Image’s landmark issue The Walking Dead #150, while Marvel claimed eight of the nine remaining spots in the top ten, with DC occupying one.

In terms of graphic novels, Marvel’s Star Wars: Darth Vader Vol. 2 took first place and was one of four Star Wars titles in the top ten, and one of nine Marvel titles, helping the publisher to a whopping 44.38% dollar share and 48.17% unit share.
