The Walking Dead: World Beyond gets an extended trailer from Comic-Con@Home

July 25, 2020 by Amie Cranswick

AMC has released an extended trailer for the first season of the zombie drama spinoff series The Walking Dead: World Beyond which will premiere on October 4th, following the season 10 finale of The Walking Dead; watch it here and be sure to check out the trailers for The Walking Dead’s season finale as well as the upcoming sixth season of Fear the Walking Dead…

The Walking Dead: World Beyond expands the universe of The Walking Dead, delving into a new mythology and story that follows the first generation raised in a surviving civilization of the post-apocalyptic world. Two sisters along with two friends leave a place of safety and comfort to brave dangers, known and unknown, living and undead on an important quest.  Pursued by those who wish to protect them and those who wish to harm them, a tale of growing up and transformation unfurls across dangerous terrain, challenging everything they know about the world, themselves and each other.  Some will become heroes.  Some will become villains.  But all of them will find the truths they seek.

Created by Scott M. Gimple and showrunner Matt Negrete, The Walking Dead: World Beyond features a cast that includes Aliyah Royale as Iris, Alexa Mansour as Hope, Annet Mahendru as Huck, Nicolas Cantu as Elton, Hal Cumpston as Silas, Nico Tortorella as Felix, Julia Ormond as Elizabeth, Natalie Gold as Lyla, Al Calderon as Barca, Scott Adsit as Tony and Ted Sutherland as Percy.
