Having just moved back to its original home at TNT after briefly shifting to TBS earlier this year, a new animated promo for the upcoming small-screen adaptation of Bong Joon Ho’s 2013 post-apocalyptic sci-fi feature Snowpiercer has now made its way online ahead of the show’s premiere in early 2020; watch it here…

Set seven years after the world has become a frozen wasteland, the series centers on the remnants of humanity, who inhabit a gigantic, perpetually-moving train that circles the globe. As it does, issues of class warfare, social injustice and the politics of survival are raised.
