From 2nd October, the iconic Wolfenstein video games series heads into World of Tanks in the explosive limited-time Battle Pass Special: Wolfenstein. The event, running until 13th October, gives players the chance to earn some exclusive Wolfenstein-themed rewards. A new trailer has also been released and can be seen below….
With this limited-time event, jump into the shoes of William J. Blazkowicz and gain exclusive rewards, including game characters as crew members, 2D tank styles, a variety of customisation elements, and the Zwilling, the first German Tier VIII double-barrelled heavy tank.
The Zwilling German Tier VIII heavy tank has been taken from Regime forces by Blazkowicz and his allies, and is now being used against the very forces that would eliminate freedom. This new vehicle features twin cannons capable of unleashing brutal salvos or targeted single shots, and has a brutalist and industrial design with a variety of trophies and adornments, such as the Panzerhund head and the Zitadelle.
Through Chapter Progression, players will be able to recruit five Wolfenstein characters, including William J. Blazkowicz alongside his nemesis, scientist Wilhelm “Deathshead” Strasse (both with no perks), as well as Anya Oliwa, Caroline Becker, and Frau Engel (all with three perks). All five characters will feature unique voiceovers by their original actors.
Players who manage to work their way through all 40 stages of the Base Rewards Track will earn an arsenal of Wolfenstein-themed items, including exclusive decals, inscriptions, a 2D style, and William J. Blazkowicz himself as a tank commander, and there are even more rewards to unlock in special combat missions.
The Battle Pass Special: Wolfenstein will run from 2nd-13th October in World of Tanks.
