Earlier this month it was announced that ABC is developing a spinoff from Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and now Deadline has revealed that Adrianne Palicki (Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird) and Nick Blood (Lance Hunter) are in talks to topline the project.
The spinoff has been developed by Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. executive producer Jeffrey Bell and co-executive producer Paul Zbyszewski, and at this point it is unclear whether the plan is to air the new series alongside S.H.I.E.L.D., or go down the Agent Carter route and show it during the midseason break.
The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff is one of two new Marvel shows in development at ABC, with John Ridley (American Crime) also working on an as-yet-unrevealed project.
