Insidous: Chapter 4 rounds out its cast as filming gets underway

With filming underway on Insidious: Chapter 4, Deadline is reporting that the horror sequel has filled out its cast with the addition of Kirk Acevedo (12 Monkeys), Bruce Davison (X-Men), Spencer Locke (Resident Evil: Extinction) and Caitlin Gerard (The Awakening).

The four will join the returning Lin Shaye (Elise Rainier), Leigh Whannel (Specs) and Angus Sampson (Tucker) in the film, which is once again scripted by Whannell. James Wan, Jason Blum and Oren Peli are producing, while Adam Robitel (The Taking of Deborah Logan) directs.

The first three Insidious movies have grossed over $370 million worldwide, and the fourth instalment is slated to arrive in cinemas on October 20th, 2017.
