The main cast for Avengers: Infinity War reportedly revealed

December 21, 2016 by Gary Collinson

With Avengers: Infinity War set to go into production early in the New Year, a casting call has arrived online which claims to offer up details of the main cast for the Marvel superhero epic.

Now, it should be noted that this isn’t official from Marvel, and casting calls are often inaccurate; this could just be a case of the agency taking a guess based on who they expect to appear in the film – so any Spider-Man or Falcon fans out there, don’t start panicking just yet!

Chris Hemsworth as Thor
Josh Brolin as Thanos
Chris Pratt as Star-Lord
Sebastian Stan as The Winter Soldier
Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow
Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange
Brie Larson as Captain Marvel
Zoe Saldana as Gamora
Karen Gillan as Nebula
Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton
Chris Evans as Steve Rogers
Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch
Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon
Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury
Vin Diesel as Groot
Paul Rudd as Ant-Man
Benedict Wong as Wong
Dave Bautista as Drax
Paul Bettany as Vision
Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther
Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk
Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark

Adding further weight to this being speculation is the absence of Cobie Smulders, who has already revealed that she’ll be reprising the role of Maria Hill.
