Alan Silvestri has seen Avengers: Infinity War footage, and thinks it’s “everything we could have hoped for”

May 15, 2017 by Jordan Jones

Avengers composer Alan Silvestri has seen footage of the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War, and he seems to like what he saw.

According to Variety, the composer spoke briefly about Avengers: Infinity War during his acceptance speech for the Icon Award at the BMI Film, TV and Visual Media Awards in Beverly Hills. When mentioning the footage that he has seen, the composer said that “it’s everything we could have hoped for.”

While it’s no surprise that Mr. Silvestri would praise the movie (the man has been working in the MCU for quite some time), it is still good to know that the footage left him enthusiastic.
