Watch the Homeland season 7 trailer, February premiere announced

December 12, 2017 by Ricky Church

Showtime has released the trailer for the upcoming seventh season of the hit show Homeland, starring Claire Danes as intelligence operative Carrie Mathison. Along with the trailer comes the announcement the show will return on February 11, 2018 in the 9 PM EST timeslot.

As season seven begins, Carrie has left her job in the White House in the wake of President Keane’s decision to arrest 200 members of the intelligence community, including her mentor Saul Berenson, played by Mandy Patinkin. She’s moved back to D.C. to live with her sister Maggie (Amy Hargreaves) as she prepares to take on the Keane administration and secure the release of the 200.

Returning in season seven of Homeland are Claire Danes, Mandy Patinkin, Elizabeth Marvel, Linus Roache, Maury Sterling and Jake Weber while Morgan Spector (Boardwalk Empire) joins the cast this season.
