Fresh from scoring Marvel’s blockbuster superhero movie Black Panther, Deadline is reporting that composer Ludwig Goransson has signed on for another comic book related project in Sony’s Tom Hardy-headlined Venom movie.
In addition to Black Panther, Goransson has scored director Ryan Coogler’s two previous movies Fruitvale Station and Creed, as well as Venom director Ruben Fleischer’s 30 Minutes or Less. His other credits include the likes of Central Intelligence and Death Wish.

Directed by Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland), Venom is set for release on October 5th 2018 and features a cast that includes Tom Hardy, Riz Ahmed, Michelle Williams, Woody Harrelson, Jenny Slate, Reid Scott, Scott Haze and Sope Aluko.
