Robin Wright reprising Antiope role for Wonder Woman 1984

September 3, 2018 by Gary Collinson

It seems that Chris Pine’s Steve Trevor isn’t the only character returning from the dead in Wonder Woman 1984, with Robin Wright confirmed to be reprising the role of General Antiope for the DC Films sequel.

Porter reports that the House of Cards star will shoot a sequence in Spain alongside Connie Nielsen’s Queen Hippolyta. Further details are being kept under wraps, but it has been confirmed that – unlike Pine’s Steve Trevor – Antiope’s appearance will be part of a flashback scene featuring the Amazonians.
